1. The See-M Go Platform

See-M Go is a web-based application and is not a native application for any specific platform (e.g., iOS, Android). You acknowledge that See-M Go provides a neutral technology platform that connects independent drivers ("Drivers") with individuals seeking transportation services ("Riders"). We are not a transportation carrier and do not employ any drivers. The decision to offer or accept a ride is a decision made in each user's sole discretion.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Driver Representations and Warranties

If you use the Service as a Driver, you represent and warrant that you:

• Hold a valid driver's license and are authorized to operate a motor vehicle.
• Possess the appropriate level of auto insurance required by your local laws, which must include coverage for ridesharing activities. It is your sole responsibility to maintain this insurance.
• Will only operate vehicles that are in safe, good working order and meet all industry safety standards.

4. Rider Responsibilities and Due Diligence

Riders are responsible for their own personal safety. Before entering a vehicle, you agree to exercise due diligence by verifying the driver's identity and matching the vehicle's make, model, and license plate with the information provided in the app.

5. Fares, Donations, and Payments

All fares shown in the app are recommended passenger donation amounts. Riders and Drivers are free to negotiate these amounts. See-M Go facilitates payments through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By using the Service, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the payment processing services.

6. Referral Program and Promotional Rewards

See-M Go may, in its sole discretion, create a referral program that allows you to earn promotional account credits ("Credits"). For example, a new user who signs up with a valid referral code may receive Credits, and the user who provided the code (the "Referrer") may receive Credits when the new user completes certain milestones (e.g., a specific number of rides). See-M Go may also offer other promotional rewards, such as temporary reductions in our service fee ("Commission Discounts") or permanent fee reductions based on a user's status level. All such promotional offers are subject to change or termination at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. All Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire.

7. Third-Party Services and Offers

The Service may include features that link to or integrate with third-party services, such as cashback offers provided through Fluz, affiliate offers from networks like Rakuten, flight data from AirLabs, or games from FreeToGame and GameMonetize. See-M Go is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your interaction with any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and conditions.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

As part of our Service, we may provide links to third-party products and offers, such as those in the "Lifestyle Hub". See-M Go participates in affiliate marketing programs, including but not limited to the Rakuten Advertising affiliate network. This means that if you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This relationship does not influence the products or offers we present.

9. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage to any other party.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are the exclusive property of See-M Go. You agree not to copy, modify, sell, or lease any part of our Service. You also agree not to reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. See-M Go is not liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from the actions of any users (Riders or Drivers). We are not responsible for any disputes, injuries, or losses that result from your interactions with other users. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold See-M Go harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or your breach or violation of any of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
