Partner Driver Terms of Service

1. Relationship of the Parties

You expressly acknowledge and agree that you are an independent contractor, not an employee, joint venturer, partner, or agent of See-M Go. You are responsible for your own business expenses, taxes, and insurance. See-M Go provides a web-based technology platform to connect you with Riders; it does not control the manner or means of your service provisions. You are responsible for your own professionalism and conduct while operating on the See-M Go platform. See-M Go reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user, including Drivers, from the platform for behavior that violates our community guidelines, endangers other users, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

2. Driver Obligations

As a Driver, you represent and warrant that you will:

• Hold and maintain a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and all other required permits or licenses.
• Maintain a personal auto insurance policy that includes a rideshare endorsement and meets the minimum coverage requirements of your location.
• Operate a safe, clean, presentable, and roadworthy vehicle that has passed all required inspections.
• Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle interior and exterior to ensure a positive Rider experience.
• Undergo and pass a background check upon registration and periodically as required by law or See-M Go policy, which will be facilitated through our third-party partner, Checkr.
• Comply with all applicable traffic laws, regulations, and ordinances.
• Provide services in a professional, courteous, and non-discriminatory manner.

3. Specialized Services

See-M Go offers several specialized ride types. By opting into these services on your profile, you agree to the following:

• Pet Friendly / PawPort: You agree to transport riders with their pets or pets by themselves in a safe and appropriate manner. You are responsible for any cleaning necessary as a result of transporting animals. An additional fee may be included in the fare for these services.
• Medical Rides / MediGo: You confirm that you are willing and able to provide non-emergency transportation to passengers who may have appointments at medical facilities. For the "MediGo" service, you acknowledge that you are prepared for potentially more specialized transport needs, although See-M Go is not a medical transport provider and does not assume liability for medical outcomes.

4. Payments, Donations, and Fees

You are entitled to the fare negotiated with the Rider for each completed trip, plus 100% of any tips provided by the Rider. All fares are recommended passenger donation amounts. See-M Go will facilitate payment processing through our partner, Stripe, and deduct a service fee from the ride fare. See-M Go, through its payment processor, is responsible for issuing any necessary tax forms (like Form 1099-K in the US) to you if you meet the statutory earnings threshold for a calendar year. The service fee structure is detailed in the See-M Go app and is subject to change.

5. Your Content

You grant See-M Go a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit in any manner your profile information, vehicle photos, and any other content you provide, without further notice to or consent from you.

6. Termination

We may, in our sole discretion, deactivate or terminate your access to the See-M Go platform at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Partner Terms, safety concerns, or low ratings.
