Create an account using your email or Google. You can enter a friend's referral code during sign-up to earn a starting bonus!
Navigate to your profile to add a payment method via Stripe. It's secure and necessary for rides.
Consider adding a Safety Contact. This allows you to share your trip status with someone you trust.
2. Requesting a Ride
On the main map, your current location is the default pickup. Tap "Use Current Location" if needed.
Enter your destination in the "Where to?" box, or use the map icon to select destinations directly from the map.
Multi-Stop Rides: Tap the map icon, select your first stop, and confirm. The location will be added to your trip. Tap the map icon again to add more stops in the same way. You can reorder your stops in the ride panel.
Select your desired vehicle type (e.g., Standard, SUV, Luxury).
Use the "Ride Type" dropdown to request special services like Pet Friendly, PawPort (pets only), or Medical rides. A surcharge may apply for some services.
You can also schedule a ride for a future date and time using the schedule feature.
3. Negotiate Your Fare
The app will show you an estimated price. All fares are recommended passenger donation amounts.
Your request is broadcast to nearby drivers who offer the service you requested. A driver will engage to start the negotiation.
You can accept their offer or send a counter-offer. Use the chat feature to communicate and agree on a price.
4. The Ride
Once a fare is accepted, your driver is on the way! You can track their real-time location on the map.
Safety First: Before getting in, always verify the driver's name, photo, and the vehicle's license plate match what's shown in the app.
During the ride, you can use the Safety Toolkit (the shield button) to share your trip status.
Be Prepared: For scheduled rides, please be ready at your pickup location on time. Wear your seatbelt and enjoy the ride!
5. After the Ride
Payment is handled automatically through your saved card.
You'll be prompted to rate your driver and add an optional tip. Your feedback is valuable!
Your ride history is available in your profile.
For Drivers: Start Earning Your Way
1. Sign Up & Onboarding
Create a Driver account and complete your profile information.
Crucial Step: In your profile, you must connect a Stripe account to receive payouts. This is a one-time setup for a Stripe Express account.
Add your vehicle(s) and upload the required documents (Driver's License, Proof of Insurance, Vehicle Inspection, Background Check).
Set one of your vehicles as "Active" to start receiving requests.
2. Go Online & Get Requests
From your main dashboard, toggle the switch to "Go Online". You are now visible to riders.
In your profile, visit the "Specialized Services" section to opt-in to Pet Friendly, PawPort, or Medical rides to see more types of requests.
New ride requests that match your enabled services will appear in your dashboard panel, sorted by proximity to you.
If you are on an active ride, you can accept another ride to your queue to minimize downtime.
You can also accept scheduled rides for future times from the "Scheduled" tab.
3. Engage & Negotiate
Select a request to "Engage". This opens a private negotiation channel with the rider.
You can accept the rider's offer, or send them a counter-offer.
Use the chat to discuss details or confirm the price. All fares are recommended passenger donation amounts.
Once you and the rider agree, the ride is officially accepted.
4. Manage The Ride
You'll receive navigation instructions to the pickup location. Use the "Navigate" button to open Google Maps or Waze.
Use the dashboard buttons to update your status: "I've Arrived", "Picked Up Rider", and "Arrived at Stop".
Be Prepared: For scheduled rides, make sure you are online at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup to ensure a timely arrival.
If a rider doesn't show up, a wait timer will start. After the grace period, you can cancel the ride and a fee may be applied.
5. Get Paid
Fares (minus a service fee) and 100% of any tips are automatically paid out to your connected Stripe account.
You can track your daily earnings on your dashboard and view your payout history in your Stripe Express dashboard.
After dropping off the rider, you will be prompted to rate them.
Rewards & Perks
Pet-Friendly Rides
As a driver, opt-in via your profile to receive requests from riders with pets. You'll earn an extra fee for these rides.
As a rider, select "Pet Friendly" when requesting a ride to be matched with a willing driver.
Medical Rides & MediGo
As a driver, enable "Medical Rides" to accept standard transportation requests for medical appointments.
Enable "MediGo" if you are equipped for and willing to take specialized medical transport requests.
As a rider, select "Medical" for non-emergency medical transportation to be matched with an appropriate driver.
Driver Referral Program
Find your unique referral code in your profile.
Share it with friends who want to drive. When they sign up using your code, you become their referrer.
You'll earn a $5.00 credit every time your referred driver completes a ride milestone (1, 10, 50, and 100 rides).
Credits can be used in your profile to pay for services like background checks.
Commission-Based Rewards
As a special reward, you can earn "50% Off Commission Days", which cuts the platform service fee in half for all your rides that day.
As you complete more rides and increase your status (e.g., from Pro to Elite), you can unlock a permanent reduction in the service fees you pay.
Keep an eye on your Driver Dashboard to see when these rewards are active!
Go-Far Tokens
Earn Go-Far tokens as special rewards for your loyalty.
Each token gives you one free ride, covering up to $10.00 of the fare.
Before requesting a ride, simply toggle the "Use Go-Far Token" switch on the dashboard.
If the fare is less than $10.00, the token covers it completely. If it's more, you get a $10.00 discount!
Spend Your Credits
Your earned referral credits accumulate in your account balance, visible in your profile.
You can use your account credit to pay for business expenses, such as the fee for a new background check.

In-App Arcade
Visit the "Lifestyle Hub" from your profile or the map screen.
Browse a wide selection of free-to-play browser games from FreeToGame and GameMonetize.
Play games directly within the app to pass the time while waiting for a ride or during a break.
Airport Departure Planner
Planning a trip to the airport? Use the Departure Planner on the main dashboard.
Enter your flight number to get real-time status and departure times, powered by AirLabs.
