Your initial ride fare is an estimate based on several factors, including a base fare, the estimated distance and duration of your trip, and any applicable stop fees. During periods of high demand, a premium surcharge may also be applied to ensure a driver is available.
Minimum Fare: Please note that all trips have a minimum fare of $10.00. If the calculated cost of your ride is less than this amount, a "Minimum Fare Adjustment" will be applied to meet the $10.00 base rate. This covers operational costs and ensures it's worthwhile for drivers to accept even very short trips.
